BusinessSensor Reservation ERP

Hotel management software that keeps the books, not just the rooms

A full property management system with double-entry accounting underneath every folio, payment and night audit — so your occupancy report and your trial balance tell the same story.

A hotel front desk at dusk: a receptionist hands a keycard to a guest holding a phone showing a QR room key, beside screens displaying the room status board, today’s arrivals and departures, and a guest folio.

What Reservation ERP covers

Everything below is in the shipped product. Nothing here is a roadmap item.

Reservations & booking calendar

Visual availability across every room, advance bookings, deposits, group blocks and a booking calendar that shows the real occupancy picture.

Front desk & check-in

Check-in, room moves, extensions and early checkout with the guest folio updating as you go. Key card programming through supported providers.

Guest folios & billing

Night audit

Roll the business date, post room charges, and produce the daily revenue and occupancy reports — the same close a hotel auditor expects.

Housekeeping & maintenance

Room status through the cleaning cycle, assignment to staff, out-of-service tracking and lost-and-found.

Restaurant & bar POS

Outlet POS that charges to a room or takes payment directly, with stock moving out of inventory on every sale.

Accounting & tax

Double-entry ledger, chart of accounts, configurable multi-rate tax, receivables, payables and IFRS-aligned financial statements.

Reservation ERP questions

Does Reservation ERP include accounting, or do I need a separate package?

Accounting is included and is not optional. Every transaction — a room charge, a bar sale, a payment, a refund — posts to a double-entry ledger as it happens, so your financial statements come from the same data as your occupancy reports.

Can it handle a hotel with a restaurant, bar and shop?

Yes. Each outlet runs its own point of sale and can either charge to a guest folio or take payment directly. Stock moves out of inventory on every sale and the revenue posts to the outlet account.

Does it work if the internet goes down?

Reservation ERP is available as an installed system running on your own network, which keeps the front desk working through an internet outage. A cloud deployment is also available if you prefer.

Can it handle the tax rules in my country?

Yes. Taxes are configured by you — any number of rates, applied per line and per outlet, each posting to its own liability account. That covers VAT, GST, sales tax, city or tourism levies and similar charges, whatever they are called locally.

Does it support multiple currencies?

Yes. You can transact in more than one currency, with exchange differences handled in the ledger, which matters for properties billing international guests.

How does this differ from SuiteHub?

Reservation ERP is the full property management and accounting system for running the hotel. SuiteHub is the cloud product focused on your public booking website and taking direct bookings online. Hotels that want both can run them together.
